Preparing for Your First Visit

To schedule your first appointment, simply call our office at (833) 615-2618 or fill out the online form on our website. Our friendly staff will work with you to find a convenient time and location for your visit.

Cosmetic Consultation Fee

We understand that considering cosmetic treatments can be a big decision. We want to make the process as easy and comfortable for you as possible. For this reason, we offer cosmetic consultations at a nominal fee of $100, which will be charged at the time of scheduling your appointment. The entire amount of the consultation fee will be applied towards any in-office procedure, cosmetic surgery, MediSpa services/products or co-pay (if applicable). Please keep in mind that the consultation fee is non-refundable if you decide not to have a treatment following your consultation.

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and patients may need to cancel or reschedule their initial appointment. We will do our best to accommodate your needs, and kindly request that you provide us with at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This will help us optimize our providers' schedules and ensure that we can offer timely care to all of our patients.

Cosmetic consultations that are canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours will receive a full consultation fee refund. If cancellation or rescheduling occurs within less than 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time, or if you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you may not receive a refund, nor utilize the fee towards any future procedures.
