A full abdominoplasty can also tighten muscles that have been separated and weakened over time or during pregnancy (known as a diastasis recti repair). Breast Augmentation

During a labiaplasty operation, a vaginoplasty to tighten the vaginal opening and wall along with liposuctioning of the suprapubic (fatty area above the vagina) area can be done to provide a complete vaginal rejuvenation. A labiaplasty essentially involves surgically reducing the size of the inner labial lips to create a more symmetrical relationship to the rest of the vagina.
