I’d say thank you to Dr. Lakhiani this experience Ive been going through is definitely a wild one but he had made this process so much easier and did an amazing job with my graft.
Dr Shah is amazing. I have never had a doctor so caring. He listens and takes time to answer any questions you might have.. He has the best bedside manor. Can reach him anytime. Stays in touch to see how you feel. Oh dud I mention he operated on my Ulnar nerve twice and I have my hand back. He is awesome.
I was treated by Dr. Shah this past April for an injured index finger.I had long neglected this injury and now the finger was extremely swollen, painful, and non-functioning. . Dr. Shah diagnosed the injury with confidence , patience and precision and prescribed a course of physical therapy. In one consultation I went from total despair to a sense that my injury was treatable without major surgery. The physical therapy was at times quite painful as he predicted. However within six weeks I was well on the road to recovery. I have only gratitude and respect for Dr. Shah and his staff

I had an advanced abdominal reconstruction with Dr. Wimmers. I could not have found a more caring and competent Doctor. Dr. Wimmers spent time with me answering my numerous queries prior to surgery and his staff were always available for any further questions. My surgery was successful and I felt that I was in excellent hands. Follow up was good and I would not hesitate to recommend this office.
He is a great Dr. Excellent surgeon and bedside manner. Always answers all your questions . and he takes his time. He never rushes.
I’ll start by saying Dr. Ajul Shah is a surgical genius and wonderful person! I broke my 4th metacarpal bone in 3 places in my right hand during handstand walking in a CrossFit competition. Not only was I tremendously concerned about returning to working out, but was in fear of even just normal hand usage. Dr. Shah’s supreme surgical skill has enabled me to get back to doing handstand push ups, pull ups, lifting, and successfully competing! He also provided me with the most highly skilled Occupational Therapist. They were an amazing team focused on my health and healing. Even more important is his personality – he gets to know you as a person, not a patient. He truly cares. He’s in constant communication, thoroughly explains everything, and makes himself accessible for any question, concern, and even appreciated when I would share my workout videos!
Dr. Wimmer is the best plastic surgeon , his staff is amazing and responsable. Always with a smile and always trying to help. I will recommend him for any surgery! Thank you so much for all you did for me.
Dr.Lakhiani has been nothing but amazing. From our first experience at the hospital to months down the road at appointments. He is the most caring doctor, and is extremely thorough in our appointments. We would 100% recommend him to any person!
Dr. Eric Wimmers and his staff are phenomenal. From the receptionist, to nursing staff, to schedulers. They all play a role in making a patient feel comforted. This experience has helped me tremendously. I would recommend Dr. Wimmers and The Plastic Surgery Center to others in need of a great surgeon. I have one more surgery with Dr. Wimmers in about a month. I know that surgery is going to be great as well. I will update after that surgery too.

From the initial phone call making my appointment I was treated with kindness and respect. The staff is friendly and so helpful. The office is kept meticulous and follows all COVID protocol. My initial consult with Dr Lakhiani I was immediately put at ease. I had a very large hernia, as a result of a ruptured colon and colostomy, that desperately needed repair. He worked along side Dr Borao who did the actual hernia repair and Dr Lakaiani reinforced it with BARS procedure. The office was on top of everything I needed to have done, test wise, as well as contact with my insurance getting everything approved. The procedure was done at Monmouth Medical Center, which is a wonderful facility. I got the greatest care there too. During my 4 day stay, a doctor from each office was sure to visit and check my progress. I am now 3 weeks post op and have seen Dr Lakhiani each week. He spends the time I need to have any questions answered. You can tell he truly cares about his patients. I can’t say enough about my experience from start to finish. I HIGHLY recommend Dr Lakaiani and his staff. You will be in the best hands.
Dr. Lakhiani was superb. My elderly dad had to get skin cancer removed and Dr. Lakhiani was patient and very kind with him every step of the way.
Dr. Shah took care of my 9 year old's fractured finger. He was extremely easy to talk with and always made my son feel included in his treatment plan. Dr. Shah spoke to our son and made him feel involved during every office visit which made my son feel super comfortable. Dr. Shah kept such close contact with us making sure my son was feeling well during the 6 weeks of his healing stages and as well as directly post his procedure. He also made sure he was fully healed before clearing him for any activity which showed Dr. Shah really cared out the long term outcome of his patient. I 100% recommend Dr. Shah!!!! It was a blessing to have found a doctor as caring and as talented as he is!
